Release 2607C covers 10,786 sailings across 13 tiers, with an average length of 5.3 nights. The book is still heavily Caribbean-led: 7,457 sailings, or about 69% of the release. Mexico is the next largest region at 1,672 sailings, while Asia, Alaska, Australia, and the Mediterranean make up the rest of the long tail.
The port mix is concentrated in the usual Florida and West Coast gateways. Miami leads with 1,595 sailings, followed by Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Port Canaveral, Tampa, and Galveston. On the ship side, Ovation of the Seas, Wonder of the Seas, and Jewel of the Seas are the largest single-ship contributors.
The low end is thin. 400 points has only 6 sailings, and 600 points has 55. That changes quickly at 800 points, where the book jumps to 195 sailings and starts to show real Alaska coverage. By 1200 points, the release reaches 548 sailings and the first meaningful balcony inventory appears.
The first two-guest tier remains 800 points, but the first balcony two-guest tier moves up to 1200 points this month. That is the main breakpoint to watch if you are comparing cabin value rather than just entry price.
From there, the book scales steadily: 1500 points has 801 sailings, 2000 has 1,104, 3000 has 1,288, 4000 has 881, 6500 has 1,125, 9000 has 1,378, 15000 has 1,097, 25000 has 1,211, and 40000 has 1,097.
The strongest tier by the release scoring model is 25000 points. Its best sailing is Mariner of the Seas on a 10 Night Greece, Italy & Croatia cruise from Barcelona, with a $1,500 FreePlay bonus and a score of 151. That tier also holds up across a broad set of Mediterranean and Caribbean sailings, not just one outlier.
At the other end, 400 points is the weakest tier. Its best sailing is Serenade of the Seas on a 7 Night Ensenada, Cabo & La Paz cruise from San Diego, but the tier only has 6 sailings total. The small sample matters here: there is not much room for choice, and the book is mostly interior GTY.
Alaska becomes practical at 600 points. That tier already includes Voyager of the Seas on a 7 Night Alaska Experience cruise from Seattle, and the top end of the tier is strong enough to compete with Mexico sailings on score.
Europe becomes practical at 1200 points. That is where the first balcony two-guest tier appears, and the tier includes a usable Mediterranean option: Symphony of the Seas on an 8 Night Western Caribbean & Perfect Day sailing is not Europe, but the Europe-specific inventory starts to show up in the broader 1200-point book and becomes more visible above it. The clearer Europe signal arrives at 1500 and 2000, where Mediterranean sailings begin to show up with better cabin mix and more consistent scoring.
Compared with June 2026, this release has 78 more sailings. The average sailing length is down slightly, from 5.4 nights to 5.3 nights. The biggest port-level change is Cartagena, Colombia, which drops from 182 sailings to none this month.
Free play is effectively a mix story, not a tier cut or raise. Per-tier free play is unchanged from prior month across the shared tiers, but the mix of sailings shifted toward higher tiers, which pulled the weighted average down by $9.9 per sailing, weighted across tiers.
That same mix shift shows up in the cabin breakpoint: the first balcony two-guest tier moved from 800 points to 1200 points. If you are tracking where the book gets materially better, that is the change to note first.
2607C is a larger book than last month, with the same broad Caribbean core and a slightly better spread into Alaska, Asia, and Europe-facing inventory at the higher tiers. The practical breakpoints are unchanged at the low end, but balcony access now starts later, and the strongest value remains concentrated in the 25000-point and 40000-point ranges.

Why This Month Matters
Most of this month sits in Caribbean (7457), with departures led by Miami, Florida (1595). That shapes the kind of certificate month this is.
For most players, the biggest practical step up looks like 6500 to 9000 points.
Month Shape
Europe opens at 1200 points, Alaska at 600 points, and longer sailings at 1200 points.
The strongest overall tier is 25000 points, while the biggest jump in practical value comes at 6500 to 9000.
That mix makes this month feel more like Caribbean (7457) than a broad all-destination month.
Historical Comparison
Cartagena, Colombia stands out more this month
