SailQuery is a software platform available through web and mobile experiences that aggregates and displays cruise offer information for organizational and analytical purposes.

SailQuery does not sell cruises and does not process cruise bookings.

2. No Affiliation

SailQuery is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Royal Caribbean Group, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, or any other cruise line.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Subscription & Billing

• SailQuery Pro is billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime via your account.
• No partial refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Cruise pricing, port charges, itineraries, and offer details may change.

SailQuery does not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Availability of offers
• Eligibility for specific promotions

Users must verify final booking details directly with the cruise line.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SailQuery to violate cruise line terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Interfere with service infrastructure
• Scrape SailQuery
• Abuse automation systems

6. Intellectual Property

All SailQuery branding, software, UI, analytics systems, and database structures are proprietary.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SailQuery shall not be liable for:

• Lost cruise offers
• Booking errors
• Missed promotions
• Financial losses
• Consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
