Release 2606D is a large, Caribbean-led certificate with 10,708 sailings across 11 points tiers. The average sailing is 5.4 nights, down slightly from 5.5 nights last month, so the month is a touch shorter overall. Caribbean inventory still dominates at 7,440 sailings, with Mexico a distant second at 1,581. Asia remains present at 503 sailings, while Alaska, Mediterranean, and Australia sit in smaller but still useful pockets.
The homeport mix is concentrated in Florida and the U.S. drive markets. Miami leads at 1,542 sailings, followed by Fort Lauderdale at 1,421, Port Canaveral at 1,211, Tampa at 1,168, and Los Angeles at 1,162. That tells you where the bulk of the month is built: short-to-mid Caribbean and Mexico coverage, with enough long-haul inventory to matter at the upper tiers.
The first meaningful two-guest entry point is still 800 points. That tier carries 153 sailings, but it is thin and skewed toward Alaska. The first balcony two-guest unlock is also 800 points this month, which is a notable improvement from 2,000 points last month. That is the cleanest breakpoint change in the release.
Europe becomes practical at 1,200 points. That tier unlocks a 7 Night Greek Isles Cruise on Explorer of the Seas from Athens, and it also opens a 9 Night Bermuda & Bahamas sailing on Vision of the Seas. Alaska is practical even earlier, at 800 points, with Ovation of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas carrying the strongest low-tier options.
From 2,000 through 6,500 points, the offer set broadens in a predictable way: more balcony inventory, more one-guest offers, and more Mediterranean and Alaska visibility. By 6,500 points, the month starts to support stronger balcony and junior suite combinations in Europe and Asia. At 9,000 and 15,000 points, the cabin mix shifts heavily into junior suites, and the itinerary mix becomes more international.
The strongest tier this month is 25,000 points. It has 1,223 sailings and the best average top score in the release at 130.0. The standout sailing is Ovation of the Seas on a 7 Night Northbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier cruise in a Grand Suite, departing Vancouver on 2026-08-21 with $1,500 FreePlay.
The weakest tier is 800 points. It has only 153 sailings, and the best-value sailing is still Alaska: Ovation of the Seas on a 7 Night Southbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier cruise from Seward on 2026-08-28 in an Interior GTY for two guests. The tier is usable, but the inventory is narrow and mostly concentrated in Alaska.
The 40,000-point tier remains the top-end ceiling, with 1,135 sailings and the highest FreePlay amount in the book at $2,500. Its best sailing is again Ovation of the Seas to Alaska, but the tier also reaches into Europe, Asia, and a 9 Night Fort Lauderdale to Cape Liberty repositioning on Oasis of the Seas.
Compared with May 2026, this release has 40 fewer sailings overall. The average sailing length is down by 0.1 nights, so the month is slightly shorter and slightly tighter. The biggest port-level change is Singapore: it drops from 208 sailings last month to none this month, which is the clearest homeport contraction in the comparison.
Free play is effectively unchanged at the tier level, but the weighted average moved up by $17.5 per sailing because the mix shifted toward higher tiers. That is a mix effect, not a broad increase in per-tier value. The shared tiers are stable, and the month’s average improvement comes from where the sailings sit, not from richer payouts inside the tiers.
2606D is a stable month with one important structural change: the balcony two-guest unlock moves down to 800 points. The rest of the release is defined by steady Caribbean volume, a useful Alaska and Europe tail, and a stronger upper-tier mix than the raw free-play average alone would suggest. For most players, the practical read is simple: 800 points gets you into the book, 1,200 opens Europe, and 25,000 is where the month’s best overall value sits.

Why This Month Matters
Most of this month sits in Caribbean (7440), with departures led by Miami, Florida (1542). That shapes the kind of certificate month this is.
For most players, the biggest practical step up looks like 4000 to 6500 points.
Month Shape
Europe opens at 1200 points, Alaska at 800 points, and longer sailings at 1200 points.
The strongest overall tier is 25000 points, while the biggest jump in practical value comes at 4000 to 6500.
That mix makes this month feel more like Caribbean (7440) than a broad all-destination month.
Historical Comparison
Singapore stands out more this month
Singapore has 208 fewer sailings than it did in May 2026. If that homeport matters to you, this is the month-over-month change worth noticing first.
