The bigger change is in where the inventory sits: Caribbean remains the center of gravity, but Alaska gains share while Mexico loses some ground.

The release is still heavily concentrated in the low-to-mid tiers. The first two-guest threshold opens at 1,200 points, up from 800 last month. Balcony starts at 1,500 points, up from 1,200. That is the main breakpoint change to watch if you book around cabin type rather than just sailing count.

Caribbean dominates with 7,299 sailings, or roughly two-thirds of the release. Mexico follows at 1,554. Alaska is third at 528, ahead of Asia at 471 and the Mediterranean at 384. Europe is thin at 85 sailings, and Hawaii is effectively absent at 10.

The ship mix is broad, but the volume sits on familiar classes. Oasis leads with 2,152 sailings, followed by Radiance at 2,100, Quantum at 1,799, Voyager at 1,583, and Freedom at 1,215. That mix matters because the strongest and weakest tiers are both shaped by where the better itineraries cluster.

The release includes 11 active points tiers. Free play is present from 1,500 points upward, with the following current averages per sailing: 100 at 1,500; 150 at 2,000; 250 at 3,000; 400 at 4,000; 500 at 6,500; 750 at 9,000; 1,000 at 15,000; 1,500 at 25,000; 2,500 at 40,000; and 5,000 at 70,000. The 1,200 tier has no free play attached in the current data.

The step-up from 1,200 to 1,500 is the first meaningful cabin breakpoint this month. The step-up from 4,000 to 6,500 is also important because it is where the offer mix starts to move from balcony-heavy inventory into more junior suite coverage.

The weakest tier is 1,200 points. Its best cruise is a 5-night Kagoshima & Okinawa sailing on Spectrum of the Seas from Shanghai (Baoshan), with a score of 104.5. That tier still has useful inventory, but the value ceiling is clearly lower than the mid and upper tiers.

If you are booking for cabin access, 1,500 is the first tier that consistently opens balcony inventory. If you are booking for destination value, 6,500 and 9,000 are the first tiers where Alaska and Europe start to show up in a way that is practical rather than incidental. For the best overall value, 25,000 is the tier to watch this month, with 40,000 and 70,000 mainly serving as premium-suite, premium-itinerary inventory rather than broad-value tiers.
