Royal Intel Monthly Report

March 2026 Instant Rewards Certificate (Version C)

Release 2603C is smaller than February, but the structure is cleaner. The certificate covers 8,246 sailings across 13 tiers, with an average length of 5.5 nights. Caribbean inventory still dominates the month, followed by Mexico, then a much thinner Alaska and Europe layer. The overall shape is familiar for Club Royale: short Caribbean and Mexico sailings at the low end, then a gradual shift toward Alaska, Bermuda, and a small number of Mediterranean and Europe options as points rise.

The biggest change versus February is scale. This release has 5,797 fewer sailings than the prior month, and average free play is down by $41.6. The point ladder itself is still intact, but the lower and middle tiers are notably thinner. That matters more than the headline average, because it reduces flexibility for players who usually shop by date, ship, or departure port rather than by region alone.

The first clear breakpoint remains unchanged: 400 points is still the entry point for two-guest cruise fare offers. The next meaningful step is 600 points, where Alaska first becomes practical on Ovation of the Seas with a 7 Night Southbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier sailing from Seward. That is the first tier where the month starts to move beyond short Mexico and Caribbean inventory.

The next major shift is at 1,500 points. That is where Europe first becomes practical this month, with Explorer of the Seas on a 7 Night Greece & Croatia Cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia). It is also the first tier where balcony inventory becomes more usable in a way that matters, since the historical comparison shows the first balcony two-guest tier moved up from 800 points last month to 1,500 points here.

Above that, 2,000 and 3,000 points add more balcony coverage and more Alaska, but the real value jump comes at 4,000 points, where balcony becomes the standard cabin type and Alaska inventory becomes more consistent. By 6,500 and 9,000 points, Mediterranean and Europe appear more often, but the month still leans Caribbean in volume. The top end, 25,000 and 40,000 points, is where the strongest premium sailings sit, including Odyssey of the Seas in the Mediterranean and multiple Grand Suite Alaska sailings on Ovation of the Seas.

Ovation of the Seas is the clearest standout ship in this release. It anchors the Alaska unlock at 600 points and continues to surface across 800, 1,200, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 6,500, 9,000, 15,000, 25,000, and 40,000 points. That concentration makes Alaska the most legible premium path in the certificate.

For the Caribbean, the month is still broad and dependable, especially in the mid tiers. Voyager, Radiance, and Vision class ships carry much of the volume, while Oasis and Freedom class sailings become more visible as points rise. The top ship list is led by Jewel of the Seas, Radiance of the Seas, Wonder of the Seas, Grandeur of the Seas, and Mariner of the Seas, which reinforces how spread out the month is across older and newer hardware.

The most important historical change is not free play, but availability. February had a much deeper bench across nearly every tier, especially 1,500 through 6,500 points. In 2603C, those tiers still exist, but the counts are lower across the board. The sharpest contraction is at 1,500 points, down 746 sailings, followed by 1,200 points down 738 and 4,000 points down 665.

Free play also steps down at the upper tiers. The 25,000-point tier drops by $500 to $1,500 average free play, and 15,000 points falls by the same amount to $1,000. The 9,000 and 6,500 tiers each lose $250, while 4,000 points drops by $200. The 400-point tier remains the weakest value point in the release, but it is still the entry point for two-guest fare offers.

2603C is a smaller, tighter release with a clear Alaska spine and a thinner Europe footprint. The practical thresholds are 600 points for Alaska, 1,500 points for Europe, and 4,000 points for a more balanced balcony-and-above mix. If you are comparing this month to February, the main story is reduced volume, not a broken ladder. The offers are still there, but there is less room to shop around.

Why This Month Matters

Most of this month sits in Caribbean (6245), with departures led by Miami, Florida (1174). That shapes the kind of certificate month this is.

For most players, the biggest practical step up looks like 6500 to 9000 points.

Month Shape

Europe opens at 1500 points, Alaska at 600 points, and longer sailings at 800 points.

The strongest overall tier is 25000 points, while the biggest jump in practical value comes at 6500 to 9000.

That mix makes this month feel more like Caribbean (6245) than a broad all-destination month.

Historical Comparison

This certificate has 5,797 fewer sailings than February 2026

2026-03 has 5,797 fewer sailings across all tiers than February 2026. Average free play is -$41.6 across the certificate, but the bigger change is how much smaller the sailing list is overall.
