February 2026 Certificate (Version C)
Royal Intel Monthly Report
Release 2602C is a broad, mid-length certificate with 14,043 sailings and an average length of 5.4 nights. The mix is still heavily Caribbean, but this month shows more usable depth in Asia and a clearer premium-cabin ladder than the prior release. The headline change is not a single blockbuster port; it is the way the offer set opens up earlier for balcony and suite players while keeping the lower tiers mostly short-haul.

Caribbean remains the center of gravity at 9,742 sailings, followed by Mexico at 1,725 and Asia at 752. Alaska is present but still limited at 478 sailings. Mediterranean and Australia remain smaller slices of the book. That pattern matters because the strongest value in this release is concentrated in a few regions rather than spread evenly across the calendar.
The first meaningful breakpoint is still at 400 points, but it is narrow. That tier is almost entirely interior, mostly Los Angeles-to-Mexico sailings, and the best score is a 6 Night Cabo Overnight And Ensenada on Quantum of the Seas departing Los Angeles on 2026-04-01. It is usable, but it is not a broad-value tier.
The next step up is 600 points, where Alaska becomes practical for the first time. Ovation of the Seas appears with 7 Night Northbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier and 7 Night Southbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier sailings, both interior GTY, with departures from Vancouver and Seward in September 2026. That is the first tier where the itinerary quality changes, not just the cabin type.
At 800 points, the book starts to look more flexible. Balcony GTY appears, and Alaska becomes a recurring option rather than a one-off. The long-sailing unlock also lands here: Serenade of the Seas on a 10 Night Panama Canal Westward Cruise. This is the first tier where the certificate starts to support longer, more destination-driven planning.
The 1200-point tier is the first real balcony threshold. It is also where Europe becomes practical this month, via Explorer of the Seas on a 7 Night Greek Isles Cruise. The mix still leans Caribbean, but the presence of balcony GTY and the first Mediterranean options make 1200 a meaningful planning tier.
The strongest single tier by score is 9000 points. Odyssey of the Seas on a 9 Night Greek Isles Cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) leads the release with a 139.5 top score and $1,000 FreePlay. The broader 9000-point set also holds up well: 1,583 sailings, a 5.6-night average, and the best balance of cabin quality, itinerary quality, and bonus value.
The weakest tier is 400 points. It has only 61 sailings, all interior GTY, and the best options are short Mexico runs from Los Angeles. The average top score is 81.4, which is well below the stronger mid-tier bands. It is a functional entry point, but not where the month’s value lives.
Compared with January 2026, this release has 118 fewer sailings overall, but the average trip length is slightly higher at 5.4 nights versus 5.3. Free play also edges up, from 962.7 to 970.6 on average, a modest gain rather than a reset.
The most important historical shift is the balcony breakpoint. Last month, the first two-guest balcony offer did not appear until 1500 points. This month, it arrives at 800. That is the clearest improvement in the release and the main reason the mid-tier book is more useful than the raw sailing count suggests.
Shanghai (Baoshan), China is the other notable change. It adds 499 sailings this month versus none in January, which materially improves Asia availability. If you care about that homeport, 2602C is a better month to work with.
2602C is strongest in the middle and upper-middle tiers. 600 unlocks Alaska, 800 opens balcony and long-sailing value, 1200 makes Europe workable, and 9000 is the best overall value point. Lower tiers are present, but they are mostly short, cabin-light, and regionally narrow.

Why This Month Matters
Most of this month sits in Caribbean (9742), with departures led by Miami, Florida (2027). That shapes the kind of certificate month this is.
For most players, the biggest practical step up looks like 3000 to 4000 points.
Month Shape
Europe opens at 1200 points, Alaska at 600 points, and longer sailings at 800 points.
The strongest overall tier is 9000 points, while the biggest jump in practical value comes at 3000 to 4000.
That mix makes this month feel more like Caribbean (9742) than a broad all-destination month.
