400 points

1 bookable of 6 sailings · 5.2 nights on average · mostly Mexico

The 400-point tier is very small this month, with only 6 sailings, so treat it as a narrow entry point rather than a full planning tier. Even so, the top sailing is notable: Ovation of the Seas on a 7-night Southbound Alaska & Hubbard Glacier itinerary from Seward. That gives the tier an unusually strong headline for its size.

After Alaska, the tier falls back to short Mexico and coastal options. Navigator of the Seas and Serenade of the Seas show up in the top set, but the overall depth is limited. The region mix is split across Mexico, Alaska, and Caribbean, which is enough to show variety but not enough to create real choice.

The average sailing length is 5.2 nights, so this is not just a short-cruise bucket. It has one premium outlier and a few lower-value fillers. If you can reach 600 or 800, you get more inventory and a better chance of finding the same core regions with less compromise.
